Implant surgery, bone and sinus procedures and oral surgery are carried out by Mehmet Taş, DDS, MSc; zirconia, veneers, smile design and prosthodontic planning by Aycan Işık Taş, DDS; root canal treatment by Sebahat Özler Aygörmez, DDS; braces and clear aligner treatment by Nida Yaman Zeren, DDS; and the treatment of child patients by Ecem Salmaz Utlu, DDS. In treatments with both surgical and prosthodontic stages, such as All-on-4, the dentists work together.

A remote preliminary assessment is made from a panoramic X-ray and photographs; the possible options and the time required are shared in writing. The definitive plan is confirmed by the examination at the clinic.

Zirconia and smile design can mostly be completed in a single visit of 5–10 days. Implant treatment generally requires two visits (surgery, then the prosthesis 2–4 months later) because of the time the implant needs to fuse with the bone; in suitable cases a temporary fixed tooth can be fitted at the same visit.

Your most recent X-rays, if you have them, a list of the medicines you take, and information about your general health (diabetes, blood thinners, osteoporosis medication and so on). These directly affect planning.

The clinic works by appointment; if you come without one, you may have to wait depending on how busy the clinic is. In situations such as pain and swelling, letting us know first by telephone or WhatsApp makes it easier to arrange a place for the same day.

A painkiller is only a temporary measure; the cause of the pain is determined by examination and X-ray. If there is swelling, fever, difficulty swallowing, or a tooth that has shifted after a blow, come in the same day. If a permanent tooth has been knocked out, bring it in milk or saline without touching the root; the first hours are decisive.

Yes. Examination and treatment of child patients are carried out by Ecem Salmaz Utlu, DDS, a specialist in paediatric dentistry (paedodontics); the first visit is often just an introduction.

The treatment contract and invoice are issued in the name of Özel Denttek Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği, an authorised international health tourism facility. If travel and accommodation are requested, they are provided under a separate contract by the travel partner, Lightstone Group.

The clinic is on the ground floor of Altıntaş Okutan Park on Nazım Hikmet Boulevard; you enter without using stairs and an accessible toilet is available. The clinic has no private car park; nearby streets and open parking areas can be used. For directions, use the map link on the contact page.

Lightstone Group has not closed. Its role has changed from an intermediary organisation to a travel and logistics partner. Treatment services are provided at Özel Denttek, and travel arrangements by Lightstone Group Travel Agency (TÜRSAB 15898).

Yes. For children and adults who have dental fear or find it hard to cooperate, sedation can be offered even for simple procedures such as a filling or root canal treatment. If the main treatment cannot be carried out under usual conditions, general anaesthesia may also be recommended. Suitability is decided with the dentist at the examination; you can ask us in advance on WhatsApp.
